Internationalization of agribusiness and its new territories of accumulation in Brazil

This article aims to characterize and analyze the internationalization process of Brazilian agriculture based on the interaction of capitals (national and international) and their territorial developments. For this, we will return to some important points that culminated in the configuration of the current scenario of agribusiness companies, making a retrospect of foreign investments in Brazilian agribusiness. Methodologically, this research was built through a bibliographic review involving the theme, data analysis that allowed to understand the territorialization of international capital in agribusiness aimed at internationalization, focusing on foreign groups present in Brazil. Starting from reflections that determined the current configuration of the sector, leading to the strengthening of links in the production chain (trade linkages). Thus, the intention of this article was to demonstrate the corporate use of the territory and its appropriation by transnational companies, interested in the production of agricultural commodities.
